GAPS International Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Japanese Language Instructor to join our team in Butwal. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about teaching, committed to student success, and capable of delivering structured lessons up to the JLPT N4 level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Japanese language classes up to JLPT N4 level based on a structured curriculum
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to student proficiency levels
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to monitor and evaluate progress
• Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and academic support to students
• Use modern teaching methods and tools, including multimedia and educational software
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and development
• Collaborate with academic staff on lesson planning and curriculum enhancement
• Keep up-to-date with JLPT examination trends and teaching strategies

Requirements:

• Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Japanese language certification preferred)
• Proficiency in Japanese with the ability to teach up to JLPT N4 level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence in computer applications and online teaching tools
• Ability to foster a positive, respectful, and effective learning environment
• Must be loyal, honest, confident, and passionate about education
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
