We are seeking a confident, creative, and energetic Social Media Handler & Video Content Creator to join our team at our Kathmandu Office.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and capable of creating engaging video content for Facebook Reels, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and informative short-form video content for Facebook Reels, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Confidently present and speak in front of the camera
• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends
• Write short video scripts, captions, titles, and promotional content
• Record and coordinate videos related to education, Japan study, career opportunities, student services, and company activities
• Edit basic videos using mobile or computer-based editing tools
• Manage the company’s social media pages and publish content regularly
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to prepare promotional campaigns
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all social media platforms

Requirements

• Must have completed Intermediate Education or an equivalent qualification
• Must be confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
• Strong spoken Nepali communication skills
• Basic English communication skills; Japanese language ability will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of video recording and editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar tools
• Creative, energetic, presentable, and able to communicate naturally
• Ability to follow current social media trends and create audience-focused content
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Must be honest, responsible, loyal, and capable of working independently
• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, acting, hosting, or video presentation will be an advantage
